1.) If PayPal won't let you do a payment transaction with Ocean Plasma Inc., then you might have better luck by deleting the PayPal cookie in your browser's history and then do the Ocean Plasma purchasing transaction again.

2.) You could also go directly to PayPal and do a SEND MONEY transaction (the menu tab at the top of their page), and knowing what your purchase amount would be, shipping included, you can simply send us the money without passing through the Ocean Plasma Shopping Cart. In that case you would need our PayPal account.
